| Osho Pulsation is a therapeutic method of personal growth and meditation. It has its roots in the bio-energetic understanding and emotional release work of Wilhelm Reich, which gained a widespread popularity through the Human Potential movement in America and Europe in the 1970's. Over the last 25 years, Osho Pulsation has grown and evolved in a context of meditation as one of the Western psychotherapies used in the Osho Commune in Pune, India.
The techniques of Osho Pulsation help people to contact their repressed emotions, and to re-experience and express them. This approach bypasses the mind by working directly with the body. Neo-Reichian deep breathing and direct 'hands-on' work with the muscular armoring, combined with expressive body movements and vocal sounds, release the tensions which hold back the flow of life energy. As these tensions let go, deeply held energies can release in waves of feelings and emotions. Often, memories of the original repressed events spontaneously re-emerge and become conscious again.
In the aftermath of strong discharges of emotion and energy, the body becomes deeply relaxed and available to softer, expansive feelings of love, joy, trust, and laughter.

| Tantric Pulsation is an adventurous experiment in human energy, an exploration of our body's capacity to feel and enjoy pleasure in its own flowing vitality and aliveness. It is an opportunity to bring new sensitivity and awareness to your intimate meetings with others, to open up in deep trust and receptivity to the love we all long to give and receive.
Tantric Pulsation has evolved over the last 25 years through Aneesha's practice as a neo-Reichian therapist in the Osho Multiversity in Pune, India, and in Osho Centers worldwide. This work is a natural meeting and merging of two significant contemporary 'streams' in the understanding of human energy and consciousness.
Tantric Pulsation uses the powerful deep-breathing and energy release work of neo-Reichian body psychotherapy, within the larger context of Osho's vision of therapy as a preparation for meditation. Osho's revolutionary "Active Meditations" including Dynamic, Kundalini, and others teach totality, awareness, and relaxation. They support the initial opening and 'de-conditioning' process and provide a practical way to follow up and continue the work in daily life.

| This group is an experiment with energy, an exploration of our body's capacity to enjoy and feel pleasure in its own flowing vitality and aliveness. Breathing moves our energy and is the body's link with life. With Sufi Chakra Breathing and Neo-Reichian bodywork we will loosen the bodies' tense, 'armored' musculature, bringing each energy center alive with movements and sounds. The release of old tensions will open a new world of relaxation and sensitivity; the body becomes a doorway for meditation.
Tantric meditations from Osho's "Book of Secrets" will form a basis for partner exercises using breath, eye contact, and inner sensing. Energy play in small groups can bring us a taste of bliss in the spontaneity and let-go of each moment.
